Edwardian Button-backed Chair

This chair was in a very sorry state with springs coming out from the seat. It was completely stripped back, renovated with traditional techniques and materials including new springs and hand-stitching. The show wood was cleaned up and French polished. It was covered in a beautiful soft wool from Abraham Moon’s Dales Settle collection. It was returned to the family to enjoy and hand down to the next generation.
